I Have Tried To Download A Windows Update, And I Face A 0x80092004 Error Message

0x80092004 error that users may experience when installing the July 2018 Security and Quality Rollup update on Windows after they install the June 2018 .NET Framework Preview of Quality Rollup update on the system that is running on .NET Framework. The error message displays: “The update doesn’t install, and you receive a 0x80092004 installation error message.”

Microsoft has re-released the July 2018 .NET Framework Security and Quality Rollup updates to correct an installation issue. The user can scan for these updates through Windows Update. KB4474419 and KB4490628 package of the Windows are the primary cause for this error message.

The solution to resolve this error code is that the user has to install Windows update manually by going to the official Windows site and looking for the latest update for Windows and downloading it. After downloading the update the Windows users have to install the update manually.
