Contact your help desk with the following information:
You have not chosen to trust "/C=US/ST=/L=/O=The Go Daddy

Hi,
To resolve the issue that you are getting, you will need to use the following steps:
-
You will need to log on to your PC, and then locate the Citrix installation folder.
-
It could most likely be here: /Applications/Citrix ICA Client.
-
You will need to create the following folders: /keystore/cacerts
-
After that you will need to go to a Windows based computer, and then in Internet Explorer, you will go to Tools >> Internet Options >> Content >> Certificates >> Intermediate Certification Authorities(TAB)
-
You will need to find the name of the cert in the error message above and then click to highlight it.
-
After that click Export >> Next >>and then choose DER encoded Binary X.509 (.CER) >> Next
-
You will then click Browse >> and then select a location >> Make sure that the file name is the same as in the error message.
-
And then you will go to the file on the desktop and rename the .cer extension to .crt.
-
After that get that file to your Ubuntu PC, and then copy that file to /Applications/Citrix ICA Client/keystore/cacerts.
-
Try again.
Regards,
Carl
