I lost most of my data after upgrading my Nokia C7 phone

I effectively upgraded my phone to Symbian Anna from Nokia C7. However, after upgrading it I lost most of my data. Programs such as adobe reader and quick office are missing in my phone applications. Consequently, I cannot open any file that is in pdf or doc. My phone’s other camera stopped working too. To make the matter even worse, Nokia themes and wallpapers are missing. Applications such as Nokia maps ad Ovi store have not upgraded from the previous version. While there are some nice upgrades, I have lost many applications and data. The below attachment shows part of the problem I am experiencing.

"Update C7-00 software Something's gone wrong There was a problem. Please restart Nokia Ovi Suite
and try again. If the problem persists, uninstall Nokia Ovi Suite and download the latest version of the
application from https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_us/support. Error code : 1201"

I did not expect such a disappointment from a company as big as Nokia. Is there anything I can do to continue enjoying the Symbian Anna?

Yes,

That’s a feature of Ovi suite. You can update your phone software easily by use Ovi suite. You need internet connection for do that.

You lost your previous data and software for upgrade your phone software version. Can you tell me details which soft or application you lost for upgrade it?

You can download that software again form Ovi store, Nokia store or if you want then, you can use any other 3rd party software too.

Your previous phone software version was may be old so your upgraded applications are not seems look your previous default installed software.

Thanks
