I lost my Aura 4 You license code?

I use Aura4You for converting and editing my video and audio files.  I recently upgraded to Windows 8 and I'm trying to reinstall Aura4You but I lost my Lifetime License Code.  Can I request Aura 4 You License Code in their website?

There is no need to have to pay for the software again.

You can simply contact them : 

[email protected]

With all your details, and the email address you used to register, and they will gladly issue you with your license key once again.

Sorry to hear that. Well, it is possible to request for your Acura 4 You License code on their website because they safely keep a record of your license code on their database. Since you lost your lifetime code you can retrieve it using their online auto-retrieval service to restore your license more quickly. You can also retrieve it by sending them an email to request it.
