Hello,

I’m continuing to receive the same error message.

Please find attached a photo of the error messages I have been receiving.

Can you let me know the correct procedure I should be following?

Hallo Bridget,

It looks like it is a programming application that you are working with, and therefore the error you are getting could be as a result of the following:

• You may be using the wrong syntax, and therefore you will need to ensure that the code you are working with is void of any syntax issues.
• Also check the file extension that you are using to save the file. You may be saving the file using a format that is not supported and as a result getting that issue you are experiencing right now.
