I’m failing to Unlock with DC unlocker due to Error code 21

Like you, I also tried using DC Unlocker client just to make my Huawei mobile broadband USB modem open line or unlock it, meaning to make it capable of inserting any kind of SIM so you can connect your modem to any network. But I also failed when using that program on my stick.

I’m not sure if I remember it right, unlocking anything using DC Unlocker program requires you to create an account on their web site or you need an active internet connection while doing the unlocking thing, whichever of the two.

That’s what I remember when I tried unlocking my USB modem using that tool.

It seems useless to unlock a device if your computer is not connected to the internet because the program needs to connect to its server.

Although it’s hard to use DC Unlocker, it’s a good tool to verify if your device is already unlocked or not. I already managed to unlock my Huawei USB modem using a different program.
