I’m in search of a mobile template maker

I'm trying to create a mobile website that has a drag and drop functionality specifically for the iPad.  Can someone suggest a mobile template maker with 768 x 1024 resolution?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

There are lots of website templates online you can access. They contain many types like nature, animals, business and other. You can select one based on your choice but first you need to know what features you have in your website as there are many features that the users can access to get their info. Either you can design flash website or you can design a PHP website and other formats.
