Can anyone here help me for Mail Merge in Lotus Notes? I am finding it too tedious and time-consuming. I am at your expense to find a quicker way.

I can give some advice. As you mentioned Lotus notes is called IBM notes nowadays but sorry to disappoint you Lotus Notes is not able to merge mails to email on its own. So, to start with you need a help of assistive software called as Mail Merge Excel to Notes which you candownload via the link: https://www.openntf.org/main.nsf. Install the downloaded files by creating the agents. Next, open Lotus Notes and write any email. Then, scroll to the draft area and choose Mail Merge action to create the Mail Merge. Select the Excel file you saved and just click ok on any dialogue box that appears, and you are fine to go.
