I need Access2mysql pro 5 answers

Can someone enlighten me?  I'm planning to install access2mysql pro 5 but I want some questions answered first before installing.  Does it rename indexes before conversion and can it save data to PHP script?  I'm on Windows xp 64 bit and MS Access 2010.  Thanks.
