I need an alternatives to flash player for G3. Can you tell me more about this and lead or guide me on the process of proper downloads and installation.

Hello Hunter,

 

There are lot of Flash players available for downloads.

 

I am not so familiar with G3 but you can take a surf to this site and select  compatible software for your OS.

 

The site Adobe Flash Player The software's are easy to install and it's safe, nothing to worry about. You can search also another downloads for your convenience.

Hello,

There is couple of flash players for G3. I will mention also open source flash player, although I'm not sure how stable they are. If you have problems with your current flash player, you can check this site: https://www.techyv.com/questions/searching-good-web-creator-debian/ and be sure to install the latest version of flash. After every new release of flash, previous bugs are fixed, so you maybe you bug is fixed.

I’m confused on what you are asking. If you are referring to the G3 microprocessor used by Apple, G3 is simply the marketing name for the 750 microprocessor used by Apple Computer in their popular iMac and Power Macintosh PCs. Similar to other PowerPC microprocessors, the G3 utilizes RISC or Reduced Instruction-Set Computing. The G3 and other PowerPC processors were developed together by Apple, IBM, and Motorola.

RISC was developed at IBM and is based on studies that the simpler computer instructions are the ones most often executed. Basically, processors have been designed to contain more difficult instructions. RISC executes more complicated instructions using combinations of simple instructions. The timing for the processor can then be based on faster and easier operations therefore allowing the processor to execute more instructions for a specified clock speed.

The PowerPC normally can execute one instruction for every clock cycle and its architecture is able to handle 32-bit instructions. The G3 has an integrated L1 and L2 cache controller and comes in versions with a clock speed up to 266 MHz on the iMac and 400 MHz on the Power Macintosh series. The G3 operates with low power consumption.
