I need assistance, FTP router configuration problem
Hi,
I am having trouble with my FTP. Today, there was a technician who instructed me to do some upgrading on the router. He came without my knowledge and changed everything. Since then I am having a hectic time, trying to configure my computer to the network.
I have tried to download files via Filezilla FTP, but I think the upgraded router blocks connection. This is the error message I get after each upgrade attempt, "Could not connect to server Status: Waiting to retry… Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NODATA – No address associated with nodename". Error: Could not connect to server Status: Resolving address of ftp.webhost4life.com Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NODATA – No address associated with nodename".
I have also attempted to FTP my web space so that I can upload files but nothing seems to work. Every time I type ftp."mysite".f2s.com into IE and hold the return key I get a message, ”cannot access this folder”.
How do I find the customer care number? Any customer Service number to call? I really don’t know what to do next. I have tried everything I can think of and tried to seek help around to no avail. HELP!
