I need automatic encoding mp4 software

Hi.  I have a lot of MKV files that I would like to put on my iPhone. 

I need an automatic encoding mp4 software that does not compromise quality. 

I have the 32 GB iPhone 3GS that has the 600 MHz Cortex-A8 CPU, PowerVR SGX535 GPU and iOS 6.1.2. 

Can someone help?

Greetings Marvey Logan,

For this purposes you can use numerous software. What most people recommend is using YAMB. 

On the download page select

Yamb-2.1.0.0 beta 2 with installer (recommended for most users). Click on the icon left of it.

The user interface looks like this

Double click the highlighted option and then click +Add and add your mkv video. In the bottom it will show the Output of your mp4.

Click Next and the software will start converting . Check the results and see if they work for you.
