I need to burn raw sao image to a rewriteable CD/DVD disc. Which software can do that? I will be thankful for the software’s link as well as for manuals, video lesson or book how to use it properly because I am the new in graphics. Thank you!

There are lots of good disk burner software out there, and all of them pretty much support what you require. Nero Burning ROM is a tested and proven solution, but using it can be daunting for the newbie. I'd recommend ImgBurn- its lightweight, fast, supports various images, and best of all, it's free!
