I need to download new dell windows startup background. What is the latest and coolest windows startup background free from the internet nowadays? Tell me more if you have some idea of where and how to get it for free.

I need to download new dell Windows startup background.

You can change your startup screen by yourself and you can set any background of your choice. Just follow the following steps.

1. Press Window button +R.

2. Type regedit and enter.

3. Locate ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftwindowsCurrentVersionAuthenticationLogonUIBackground.

4. You will find OEMBackground registry Double click on it and set value data equal to 1.

5. Now open C:WindowsSystem32oobe.

6. Create a folder named background inside info.

7. And place any picture that you want to sit inside background folder named as backgroundDefault.jpg.

8. Finally you have done . Note: Size of image should be less than 241 KB.
