You can use many online converters that will help you to convert your .txt file to .pdf file.

Just browse your .txt file and click on Convert and Download button. Or if you want you may download Text to PDF Converter such as

Or you can convert your text file from Word to PDF. Download Virtual PDF Printer from here:

http://www.go2pdf.com/download.html

And install it. Then go to Control Panel and in Classic View double click on Printers. Set the Virtual PDF Printer as default printer. Now open your text file in word. On a file menu go to Print and select Virtual PDF Printer. Then click Print. A dialog box will ask you where to save the PDF file and click OK.
