I already have configured registry settings in my Group Policy, but I want to put in additional values and subkeys. Is it possible to do it without using the registry wizard again? Also, is there another way to know which registry keys are updated or installed when applying a policy to a machine? RSOP shows the details but it is very complicated.

I need help configuring registry settings
Hello Lynn,
I think you should just use the registry wizard to add the values and the sub keys to be sure that you are indeed doing the right thing. Adding the sub keys manually may pose problems in case you include values that are not right for the registries and hence making the whole configuration fail.
Registries can sometimes be very complicated to understand how they have been structured, and therefore trying to change them manually is not something that I will recommend. I would rather you just use the registry wizard to be sure.
