I need help with Picasion GIF file maker online

I'm trying to convert JPEG images to an animated GIF file using Picasion GIF file maker online.  I save it on my Windows Vista 64 bit system.  Why is it not animated when I view it?  Am I doing something wrong?  Please help.  Thanks.

Hello Davis,

Normally windows vista uses internet explorer for showing GIF images. But you can use windows photo viewer by complying few steps. At first select the GIF image. Now go to the properties by right click on the image. Then select the Open with option from Change tab. Set windows photo viewer as the default program to open GIF images. After that, click on ‘Ok’ to confirm the settings. You can also view the GIF images by using QuickTime player. Hope this will help.
