Hi Catherine,
You can try to open the saved pdf file in Photoshop then save it as Jpeg, or you can use a screen capture software to then capture the screen from your QuickTime movie. Try a google search for free screen capture software or you can try Captura or FoxArc Screen Capture for capturing a precisely cropped jpeg file.

Hello Keiser,
From you problem I can say that it happens for the .pct extension. Well for get rid of this problem please follow these steps…
1. Open the Quick Time 7 and stop on the frame you want to capture.
2. Then go to file and Print – select PDF and save to your target destination.
3. Open the PDF in Photoshop (or Preview) and save as TIFF/JPEG or whatever format you want. This is the simple way to solve it. Hope it works.
Thank you..

Hello Catherine,
You can use the Photoshop software if you want to convert your image into any format that you like. All you need if to capture the frame by using Quick player after that you have to move the captured frame into Photoshop software and after that you can save the image and also you can compress it as you like.
