Hi, I use Rainbow Six Siege on my Windows 10 PC’s Xbox. I am getting a 6-0x00001000 error when I try to play in multiplayer mode. I have a strong Internet connection, and my antivirus is not blocking the game. Is there any way that can fix the error?

If you are getting a 6-0x00001000 error in Rainbow Six Siege, try to run an update first.

Method 1

1. Open Xbox.

1. Go to Updates.
2. Select Rainbow Six Siege.
3. Update it.
4. Restart your device.
5. Try to open the app.

Method 2

1. Open Xbox
2. Open Settings -> Select Network.
3. Open Network Settings.

1. Change NAT type to Open.
2. Click on Test Multiplayer connection.
3. Restart your device.
4. You will not face the error in the future.
