        I have gone over your question and I do have details about Action 

Center which is previously known as Windows Security Center. 

        It is actually a built-in component of your Operating system, which has essential activity in your computer system.

Here are some of the uses of Windows Security Center.

1.        It enhances the capacity computer’s protection from  spyware, virus and other malicious softwares which are harmful in nature . Making them almost impossible to break in. 

2.        It provides several solutions when your computer encounters problem. It allows you to troubleshoot with least intervention as possible.

3.        It keeps you posted of what are changes in your security status, for instance is the expiration of your anti-virus application. If you wish not to receive any notification, you can choose “ I have an anti-spyware program that I'll monitor myself “. 

4.        You can also modify and choose what are the items Windows Security Center checks. To do that follow this direction:

•        Click the Start button.

•        Choose Control Panel.

•        Click Review your computer’s status under System and Security.

•        Click Change Action Center settings. 

•        For items you want Action center to check tick the check box. Otherwise, don’t tick it

•        Click Ok when you’re done.

I need to know about the windows security center service

The WSCSVC (Windows Security Center) service is the service which monitors and reports microsoft about computer's health. It is responsible to check health settings which include firewall, anti-virus, anti spy-ware, windows update, User Account Control and internet settings. Therefore this service helps the owner of the computer to maintain its operating system smoothly and efficiently without facing any problem
