I need Mac emulator software for my PC.

My Intel Core i3 2.66 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 1 GB Video Card PC is running on Windows 7 64 bit and I would like to emulate MAC OS Mountain Lion to have a different environment and which could also run MAC applications.  Where can I find a MAC emulator software for my PC?
