Hi,

My old Windows was crashed So I installed new Windows XP. I want to use the Mamut Virtual printer and print to PDF. 

I am currently using Mamut version 12.5. I am facing a problem that the driver is installed but not working properly. While it was working perfectly in older Windows in the past.

Now I am looking for Mamut virtual printer 5 download. Whenever I searched the results are shown in other languages which I can’t understand.

Please suggest me how to resolve the problem.

Dear Davis!

Sometimes this error occurs with newly installed Mamut Virtual Printer 12.5. 

 

But you need not to be worried about it. There are possible ways to solve this problem. Just take the following steps to diagnose by own self. 

 

1) It may be that your drivers are correctly installed but, (if using Windows XP) your Printing service is not running with the Windows Startup. Just click on the Start Button situated in the below left corner of the desktop and click on run. 

 

Now type Services.msc 

 

All windows services will be opened. Now you must have to check and start the windows printing service by double clicking on that. 

 

2) If your service is not starting then change attributes to Automatic by right clicking on that service and by going in the property, and restart your computer. 

 

3) If this solution doesn't work, then delete/uninstall any/all other printers installed on your computer, then reinstall your Mamut drivers. 

 

4) If the problem is still there then you must have to repair your Mamut by going to the installation directory and by double clicking on Setup.exe and selecting Repair from the setup options. 

 

There may be possibilities of viruses on your PC, so I recommend you to scan all your hard drives with Malwarebytes antimalware.
