I need Mdg integration for MS visual help

I'm a new user of MDG integration for Microsoft Visual Studio.  I'm trying to design a blueprint within the IDE but I could not connect to Visual C++. I need tutorial in MDG Integration. I have Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 on a Windows 7 64 bit system.
