Hi,

I need to create a system to display a warning mass age when my sister playing MPEG or avi file in my computer. To do that I need a motion detection software from file type of mpeg avi.

Please give some suggestions.

Hi Mark,

 

There are a lot of free software’s and coding algorithms for these purpose. When creating a system I think you should use a algorithm because it will be easy for you to merge with your system. If you want to solve that problem then there is much free software for you. You can use the monitorcam, veecool video capture. This software will help you to solve your problems. If you use this software then you will be satisfied. So try this and solve your problem.
