I need Notes management software for iPad Mini

I used to jot down my notes on a Palm device but they are getting to be outdated very fast.  I now need an efficient notes management software for my digital notes that can also encrypt the document then sync with my PC.  I need it for my 32 GB LTE iPad Mini.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

• If you want only iPad specific apps then Notability would be your perfect app. It is easy to use and it integrates all typing, recording, handwriting and sharing over many platforms. You can access Notability from iTunes here.
• On the contrary if you are open to non-Apple made apps then I would say Evernote would be the one you are desperately seeking for. It is considered the best in Note taking, content storing, reminder setting and also it automatically copies all data from iPad into the PC through its cloud services. You can find evernote in the iTunes market.
