I need to overclock my PC. Help

I just completed building my first PC and I have been through lots of learning in the process. I have heard and read about overclocking and I understand that it involves a liquid cooler. However, I am not aware of the technicalities to be considered. For example, the voltages needed. My PC has an Asus Motherboard Z-97 A, Intel i7 4790-K CPU with 4.0GHz, 32 GB Crucial Ballistic Tactical Ram, Windows 7 Pro on 120GB HDD, 1TB HDD for storage and the XFX Radeon R9. The casing is a Rosewill Thor V2 and it has a fan with probes on the CPU, GPU , HDD and SSD and not one of them gets past 20 degrees celcius. How can I overclock it? Help me with the technicalities.

Intel i7 microprocessors family are specially built for overclocking. Outcomes of overclocking is dependent on different resources such as cpu, ram, graphics card, etc. It is necessary to overclock a PC for displaying recent high quality graphics. But, overclock could be harmful to your PC. It can be clashing some your resources. So, you should think before implementing overclocking. Follow the bellow link for details:
