I need PHP and MySQL tutorial for my website

Hi fellow members.  Can someone here teach me a PHP and MySQL tutorial?  I want to change and edit the design of my website which includes a forum or message board.  What are the things that I need?  I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi, editing and changing your website designs using a php and mysql codes are awesome. You just have to type in the right codes in order to successfully run your desired program.
