I need to reformat my computer how can I save my file?

I need to save my files. What can I do? my computer is not anymore booting to windows.

I need to reformat my computer how can I save my file?

according to my opiñion, before you deciding to format your pc, you need to check first your Peripherals if those are function well, sometime our DDR/memory are usual reason for not booting our windows. I hope I've given some idea. your welcome 🙂

Hi! first of all welcome to techyv.com, my advice to you is check first what is causing your computer not to boot to windows

does it beep? if so how many beeps? 2 short beeps 1 long beep? this is important so we could check if it is a hardware issue

or does it prompt for missing .dll files? Please update us so we could help you on this.

Hi dear,

It is very bad to save files without running Windows. I would like to tell you that when we install a new operating system, only the C drive of our computer is formatted, so you do not need to worry about it. Just save the files from C partition. Connect your hard disk with any other computer, and transfer the files to another drive. I hope you have understood. Thanks.
