I need script for Autoit capture output dos command

Hi.  Can someone lend me a script in AutoIt capture output DOS command?  I need someone to teach me AutoIt command line parameters as I am new to this.  I'm on Windows XP 64 bit.  Any help would highly be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
