Iphone with PC connecting problem

Hello,

I am having some trouble with syncing iPhone with pc. It was working swiftly lately though. But now there is the problem and I cannot make it work either. I will be glad if someone kindly help me with this process and help me reconnect my iPhone with pc.

Iphone with PC connecting problem

If you have already tried synchronizing your iPhone to the computer before, maybe the problem is only in the connection. If you are using a USB cable to synchronize your phone to the computer, try shifting to the other available ports if ever it failed on the current USB port.

But if it seems not to work on all the available USB ports on the computer, try uninstalling your phone software from the computer. When uninstalling is finished, try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.

For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit or Norton SystemWorks. After the disk check, install the phone software again to the computer.

Connect again your phone to the computer then open its application and see if it can now access your phone.
