Hi,
I have a DVD disk in my Drive but I receive an error from my RealPlayer SP Plus software saying there is “no disk in drive” when trying to burn a DVD. Why do I need a high powered PC to use Real Player SP Plus?
They should be telling customers if this is the case.

Dear Abigail,
Real Player has the following system requirements:

Please check to see if your computer has sufficient specifications. It is not a very resource heavy software, though compared to other similar softwares it does take up a lot of room.
Also, check if you have the latest version of RealPlayer.

This link will take you to the download page.
If none of the above fixes the problem then either your DVD is in bad condition/scratched up rendering it unreadable or if the DVD is fine your DVD-ROM may be starting to give up…
It might be a good idea to get it checked or even replaced.
