I received an error message

Hi Experts,

In Windows Vista while logging of a user account using Task Manager Users Tab I received an error message. It indicates that access is denied. How to solve this problem?

I tried several sites to get an end of this issue. But found nothing. The screenshot of the error message is as under.

Please help me to solve this problem

User BillyLo (SessionId=2) could not be logged off. Access is denied.

I received an error message

 

Hello.

In order to use the task manager you (the user) should have all the administrative rights.

Thus make sure that you are the authenticated user i.e. administrator.

If you login with your guest account then you are not permitted to use the task manager.

If you are logged in as a guest user then logout normally and login as a administrator in order to get access to the task manager.
