I received an error message from my ESET Endpoint Antivirus 5

Hi,

The problem is with my ESET Endpoint Antivirus 5. Today I received this error message all on a sudden.

 

I do not understand the message.

 

Have a look at the error message attached herewith. If you have any idea regarding this problem, please help.

I received an error message from my ESET Endpoint Antivirus 5

Go to start -> run and in the run dialog box type “services.msc” find the eset service entry and check to see if it is running

If not then right click on it and click properties change the start-type to automatic, the error you receive implies that the core service of eset antivirus is not running and therefore it can’t communicated with it and can’t run properly.
