I received an error message while tried to launch Manageability Terminal

Hi,

I got my new PC with Intel I3-2100T CPU and Intel DQ67SW motherboard. I followed necessary measures to install it as per the guideline manual. However, from the ISDU I tried to launch Manageability Terminal and I received the error message as under. Have you any idea for this Serial-over-LAN? Please help me to get a remedy.

Serial-over-LAN

 

Unable to connect to serial-over-lan port (IMR_RES_ERROR). Check that the redirection port is enabled and serial-over-lan feature is turned on.

Hi,

Serial Over LAN is a device that allows the output and input of the serial port of a supervised system to be forwarded over IP. On some supervised systems, particularly blade server systems. To permit users to admit applications on the computers via serial port, the output/input of the serial port is forwarded to the network. The serial ports on the supervised computers are not usually linked to an established serial port socket hole.
