I find myself in need to download a off line employee planner software.

I must keep tracks of employee records and create different ones.

I need a easy to use software and maybe some information about It.

Can you assist me with this issue?

Depending on how complex or what features you want the s/w to have, you can choose between a simple template in Microsoft Excel or a standard database in Microsoft Access. Excel might be the way to go if you just want a plain table with employee details. You can also store or embed files in this Excel table like employee picture.

Choose Access if you want a more robust system. Access has standard ready-to-use databases for business purposes like Northwind. Try downloading Northwind and exploring the Employee section. Also, you can check the Contacts db template that Access offers.
