I want a free Radio Station software for Windows 7

A few days ago, I was listening to radio in my car and got an idea. I want to get a free Radio Station software for Windows 7 that will allow me to listen Radio Stations from all around the world, not just from my country. So I started searching online, found one called Radio Station but it doesn't work. I am pretty sure you guys know more about these software and can help me get a good one for my requirements. Any help would be appreciated.
