I want to stop word from auto correcting my text

What are Word's automatic features? I want to stop Word from helping me to type. Which are the features that I need to turn off? Where can I find the AutoCorrect options so that I can turn them off? Does Word have an Autoformat option? Where can I turn it off?

I want to stop word from auto correcting my text

Hello,

MS Word is a great writing platform, involving you into the ocean of richness. “AutoCorrect” is one of them and sometimes, this become very much annoying.

In order to fix “AutoCorrect” option,

1. From “File” tab, go to Options >> “Proofing” from the left pane.

2. Under “AutoCorrect Options”, click the button “AutoCorrect Options”.

3. Uncheck “Replace text as you type” >> click “OK”.

Now, “AutoCorrect” won’t annoy you again while typing any text.
