I Want The Explanation Of The Steps For Indexing Options Outlook 2010

The steps for the indexing option outlook 2010 are as follows:

• Click on file then go to options.
• Select search and type indexing options in it.

• Click on advanced.

• Click on the rebuild button.

This will cause an outlook to rebuild the search index. It is very time taking process and outlook will do this entire completion of the process in the background.
