Hello, how to Change OST File to PST in detail explanation can be read below:

METHOD-1 For this method, you have to login Outlook by Exchange account (by which you have created the OST files). Now to export the OST mailboxes to PST:

1. Firstly, Go through Files and then Open & Export and now choose Import & Export.
2. Them, click Export to a file.
3. Now, choose the second option (Outlook Data File (.pst)).
4. Click on the folder that you want to export.
5. In last, go through the location where you want to save the new PST file.

METHOD-2 Outlook emails from the OST file are saved to a PST file after you enable archiving. Follow the given steps to create a mailbox archive and save it to the location you want:

1. Firstly, go through File, and choose ‘Options’ in the outlook application.
2. Then, after opening the Advanced choose Auto Archive Settings.
3. In last, select the number of days (running auto-archiving). Choose the folder to save that archive file.
