I Want To Know Of The Acrobat Deactivate Greyed Out

When the user has removed the user account from the computer and still goes to the Help option and wants to remove the account, then he sees the acrobat deactivate greyed out. The user has to follow the described steps to remove the account from the system.
Click on the Help and click on deactivate or sign-out to logout the user account from the system, but if the option is not present but greyed out and unclickable are there, you have already removed the user account.
