Hi,
I was having some really bothersome issues with my computer and decided to download and reinstall all my drivers one by one. When I was trying to install an Adapted ASPI driver I got the error message below.
I already am using the administrator account.
What else do I need to do?
Error
Make sure you have administrator’s permissions or try installing Adaptec ASPI driver (WNASPL32.DLL)
OK

Hello! Good Day!
As far as your concern, it is caused by a corrupted or removed WNASPI32 DLL file. Some cases, it could also be a registry problem, hardware problem/s or virus/malware issues.
Downloading the WNASPI32 DLL file from DLL download websites should be your last option. It is best to get it from its original source. Try to check first your recycle bin, You could have mistakenly deleted it. Another option, use system restore. Choose the restore point where your computer was still working good.
-
Run a Virus/Malware Scan on your entire system.
-
Repair your system by the use of your windows installer.
-
There could be a lot of options.
