What languages does ArcGIS Explorer support? If I use either ArcGIS Explorer or ArcGIS online for sharing the data, will I be forced to give up the right to my data to Esri’? I would like to know how I can get technical support for ArcGIS Explorer. Please help me with the crucial information.

I would like to know more about ArcGIS Explorer.
ArcGis Explorer is a free GIS viewer where you can have easy ways to explore, share GIS information and visualize. Now ArcGis supports the English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese languages. You asked if you had to force your Esri data, and the answer is no. The data that you have is your data and there are no rights given to Esri.
By ArcGis being a free product I am sorry to say that there is no technical support for ArcGis Explorer users. If you happen to be an Esri customer that is on current maintenance for ArcGis Desktop that is licensed levels or a licensed level ArcGis for Server then you can have limited technical support for ArcGIS explorer.Â
