IBM RSA4WS Error when opening the software

Hello,

 

We have installed IBM Rational Software Architect for Websphere 8.5.1 in WINDOWS-7 in the customer place successfully. When we are opening the software IBM RSA4WS 8.5.1 we are getting the following errors. The error files are attached in the mail. Please provide the support for the following errors.

I heard that this is a very reliable source of solving such errors as the ones I have. I downloaded IBM RSA4WS from the internet and configured the installation correctly but now I can’t start the software. Whenever I do so, I get the error below. What’s happening?

IBM RSA4WS Error when opening the software

There occur many errors in case of software development. You may have installed more than one HP Mercury testing product on your machine. So try to check whether there is any conflict between IBM JVM and RSA. Have a look at the following document to ensure the real cause of this conflict.
