Hi Technical geeks out there!
I am working on Server 2008 R2 of Windows with a number of VMs running. What may be the best approach to backup hyper-v VM while running? Data backups are currently done using batch scripts alongside with robocopy.
Kindly help

Identifying the best approach to backup hyper-v VM while running
Hi there!
Veeam Backup is found working properly in Server 2008 R2 of Windows and Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V. Being built for virtual environments, backup and replication of VMs may be done without a pause or power off.
It equips with 2-in-1 replication and backup, built-in features for less storage use, etc.
Additionally, backup strategy is more important than backup, but in case of disaster its recovery. Failed VM can be restarted in about 2 minutes with Veeam.
Also, various offers may be found for the same.
Hope that helps.
