IDM does not work properly

Hi everyone!

I use Mozilla Firefox as my internet browser. Yesterday, I tried downloading from it a certain video with the use of the Internet Download Manager but an error occurred: “Cannot transfer file download to Internet Download Manager. Error 0x80070002”. Is it because the two are not compatible? Please help me. Any response will be greatly appreciated.

IDM does not work properly

When using mozilla firefox you will need to note that there are some versions of firefox that do not support some versions of the internet download manager application. And therefore if you had upgraded firefox to the latest version, then it might be having compatibility issues with the version of the internet download manager that you are using. The remedy to that will be the following:

• You can choose to downgrade from the firefox version that you have to a version that supports the internet download manager that you have on your computer,
• Or alternatively you can look for an internet download manager application that will work well on the mozilla firefox version that you have on your computer.
