Actually, there are a lot of sound problems which are induced by an improperly set hardware. This step includes checking the plugging cables, sound card, and making sure that hardware has the power, also the volume checking.
First, Check the sound card
Make sure that the sound card of your computer is working properly.
‌Click on Start button to Open the Device Manager. First, click on Control Panel, and then click on System and Security, and then click on the Device Manager under system.‌
Double-click on the Sound, video and game controllers in order to expand this category. And if there is a sound card is already listed, then your computer have one already installed. If there is no sound card in the list, you may have to install one by the instructions of manufacturer's.
And also check all the plugging cables.
If there are no problems with the following issues, then follow the method:
First, check the device status in the Device manager.
Next, click on Start, then click on Run, then write devmgmt.msc.
And now if there is a yellow exclamation next to that device, then it means this driver is already disabled and that should be updated.
Now from the system, uninstall the sound card drivers and download this from the manufacturer's website. Then install it.
