Image Status Utility Software to Integrate with Firewall for Traffic Control

Hi,

I would suggest Image Color Summarizer. It will produce descriptive colour statistics for any image. Reported image will be the average, median or mode, minimum and maximum of each RGB and HSV triplet element. You can check it out here.
