Hi,
If  I image my hard drive (C: partition), would the other computers see all the programs installed or do I need to reinstall everything?
I' m just a newbie anyway. I'm very sorry, Â I just bought my new computer.

Hey Berto,
You have to install everything. Windows does not work if you put a drive in a different computer. On boot up, it will give you a blue screen. You have to install it properly.

All I need to do is a drive wipe. I have more or less 200 programs, mostly from back corners of the web and IÂ don't want to reinstall them. I'm just thinking if it is possible to copy everything from C to external. Will all my applications still work?

You will most likely have to reinstall them again. I guess you can still access the application you copied, but it's not installed on your programs and start menu.

Hey buddy,
You need to be a lot clearer in what you mean. You started asking about Imaging, then about reinstalling apps. I'm quite confused.

Well I'm very sorry. I'm not good in English and I'm not that literate in computers. All I want is, to copy the installation file to another drive and still be able to open it with another computer.
