Import error ( 14 days demo license)

Hello,

In rare cases I am not able to import an entity like simple cube or obj format in keyshot.

Newest key shot assembles, Intel i5 2320, Nvidia graphics, windows 7 with 64bit.

KeyShot 3 Import Error

Cannot start importer (luxion_geometry_obj)(error code-1)

Please reinstall KeyShot or contact support @luxion.com.

Hello Jim,

Your problem may be due to corrupted or incomplete installation of KeyShot. You will need to uninstall KeyShot 3 from your system completely and also go to the installation folder and see if anything was left behind after uninstalling. If you find any files, feel free to delete them. After that, restart your computer and do a clean install of KeyShot. When finished reboot your computer and you will be good to go. If the error persists, then try downloading once again KeyShot, because the installation file you have might be corrupted. If nothing works then I suggest you contact  support at [email protected]
