Import File in JAR Format with Dolphin Programming Language

Hi everyone,

I want to open a file in dolphin in jar format. Is it possible to automatically import a .jar file format in a dolphin programming language application? I need to take some terms and conditions to be consider before making some import for I might lose the file.
